1. Nature of Our Services
K-Lounge Bathinda is a premium nightclub, lounge and event venue. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All purchases made on our website — including event tickets, table reservations and membership plans — are for in-venue experiences and digital passes only. This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how we deliver our digital products and confirmations.
2. Digital VIP Pass Delivery
- Upon successful payment via Razorpay, your VIP Digital Pass is generated instantly
- You are redirected to your unique VIP Pass page at
/pages/vip-pass.php?code=KVP-XXXXXX - The pass contains: guest name, event details, date/time, venue area, number of guests, amount paid, and a unique QR code
- You can print or save your pass from the pass page
- Your pass code can also be found in your booking confirmation
3. Email Confirmation
- A booking confirmation email is sent to your registered email address after payment
- Email delivery typically occurs within 5–10 minutes of payment
- If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder
- For missing confirmations, contact us at reservation@klounge.club with your payment transaction ID

5. Using Your Digital Pass at the Venue
- Present your VIP Pass on your mobile screen at the venue entrance
- Our staff will scan the QR code for quick verification and check-in
- Alternatively, you may show your unique pass code (KVP-XXXXXX format)
- We recommend saving a screenshot of your pass in case of poor internet connectivity at the venue
- Printed passes are also accepted
6. Pass Delivery Issues
If you have completed payment but have not received your VIP Pass:
- Check if the payment was deducted from your account — if yes, the pass exists
- Contact us immediately at +91 94786-69999 or reservation@klounge.club
- Provide your payment transaction ID (from Razorpay/bank statement)
- We will regenerate and resend your pass within 30 minutes during working hours
7. No Physical Shipping
K-Lounge Bathinda does not deal in any physical goods, merchandise or products that require shipping or courier delivery. All our offerings are experiential (in-venue) or digital in nature. There are no shipping charges, delivery fees or postal costs associated with any purchase on our website.
