K-Lounge Bathinda
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website www.kloungebathinda.com or making a booking at K-Lounge Bathinda, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, members and guests.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, book events or enter the premises
- Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card) is mandatory at the venue
- K-Lounge Bathinda reserves the right to refuse entry to any person at its sole discretion
- By registering on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful
3. Bookings & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Table reservations require a minimum spend as displayed on the booking page
- Event ticket bookings are confirmed only after successful payment
- A VIP Digital Pass will be issued via email/website after confirmed payment
- K-Lounge reserves the right to reassign tables based on operational requirements
- Walk-in guests are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis subject to capacity
4. Payments
- All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes (18% GST)
- Payment is required in full at the time of online booking
- "Pay at Venue" option is available for selected bookings — subject to availability on arrival
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

5. VIP Pass & Entry
- Your digital VIP Pass is personal and non-transferable
- Present your VIP Pass (QR code) at the venue entrance for entry
- Passes must be shown on a mobile screen or printed — staff will scan the QR code
- Duplicate use or sharing of passes will result in refusal of entry without refund
- K-Lounge staff reserves the right to verify identity before allowing entry
6. Membership
- Membership plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are non-refundable once activated
- Membership benefits are available only to the registered member and cannot be transferred
- Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
- K-Lounge reserves the right to modify membership benefits with prior notice
- Membership is subject to annual renewal; expired memberships lose all accumulated benefits
7. Venue Rules & Conduct
- Smart casual / party wear dress code is strictly enforced; no sports shoes, chappals or ripped clothing
- Strictly no drugs on premises — violators will be handed over to law enforcement
- K-Lounge complies with all Punjab Excise regulations regarding alcohol service
- Guests causing disturbance or displaying aggressive behaviour will be removed without refund
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue
- Photography and videography may be restricted in certain areas for privacy reasons

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-Lounge Bathinda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings at the venue — please use the cloakroom facilities provided.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bathinda, Punjab, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
